During my time at Blocksi, I was quite connected to the marketing team, working on website redesign of the company’s outdated website to better reflect the company’s vision, mission, better present their K-12 solutions and convert users into booking a demo.

I’ve created a prototype in Figma for a new, redesigned website, while at the same time creating mockups and prototypes for several key landing pages (webinars, podcasts, etc).

My work included:

• Defining key personas
• Analysing user flows and journeys for different user personas (partners, customers, non-customers)
• Creating flows and solutions for marketing landing pages and customer success pages
• Collecting analytics, SEO insights, marketing, sales, customer success input
• Designing flows for better conversion
• Analysing current website structure and re-creating a repository of pages for better informational structure
• Creating a design system with components for the website
• Creating low- and high-fidelity mockups
• Working on information architecture, creating a sitemap and crawling through existing pages, planning for the website redesign process
• Managed the process of redesign in Jira, connecting the marketing, development and product teams

Early low-fidelity mockups enabled us to better design the flows that would lead visitors to more conversion.

While preparing and agreeing on user flows and journeys, we dug deep into Google Analytics and SEO to make sure that we would rank even higher in search engines.
