International Investigator and Industry Leader

Bernarda Škrabar Damnjanović is a distinguished international investigator, a member of multiple prestigious detective organizations, including the Council of International Investigators in the USA and the Austrian Association of Detectives. Often featured in national media, Bernarda leads detective exchange programs worldwide, serves as the honorary dean of a detective academy, and publishes a detective magazine. As a co-owner of two companies—Detektivsko Varnostne Agencije and Next Sight d.o.o.—she is advancing the world of online investigations with artificial intelligence.

Project Overview

The goal was to design a website that reflects Bernarda’s expertise and authority while maintaining a clean, professional, yet approachable look. The branding and web design aimed to present Bernarda as a trusted international investigator with a modern approach.

Design Process

1. Prototyping in Figma
I began with a detailed prototype in Figma, focusing on a user-friendly interface that balances professionalism and sophistication. The layout was structured to guide visitors effortlessly through Bernarda’s impressive credentials, media appearances, and services.

2. Branding
The branding strategy combined a clean aesthetic with a softer color palette to humanize the investigative profession. This approach aimed to build trust and emphasize Bernarda’s credibility and international reach.

3. Development with Joomla
The website was built using Joomla to ensure robust content management and scalability. Custom modules and extensions were integrated to highlight key achievements, services, and media features. The responsive design guarantees seamless navigation across all devices.
