Ever wondered how logo redesign process looks like? Here is an example of redesigning our family company’s logo a few years ago.
GRECO has more than 20 years of tradition in software development and design so we decided that it is neccessary to take an approach that would keep some elements of the logo that are allready being recognized by our customers.
The first step was to redefine the color palette. The colors used before were too strong so we decided to bring some tradition and softness to the existing color palette.
We didn’t like the font because it had readability issues. So we decided to keep some of the curves from the existing tipography and minimize it as much as we can.
The symbol has deffinitely become recognized so we decided to pretty much leave it as it is. Shadows weren’t a part of it, though.
